Do you have an At Home store near you? I feel like I've seen that rug there before. Actually, yes! I'll peek around one when I get a chance.

Today at work a guest asked if we had decorative boxes, so while i took her to them i asked what she was going to use it for. "It'll be my urn," was her response. We ended up finding one that she liked, but it was one of the more bizzare interactions I've had ever working in retail.

my stupid HR keeps using the outdated acronym "POC" (point of contact) instead of "LCON" (local contact), so every mail they send looks like they specifically want a person of color to do certain tasks. XD

XD Mmmmhm. Our workplace uses the acronym "WTF" to mean "Walk The Floor", as in, for management to walk around their department checking in on their people. Calling it their daily What The Fuck Walk to their faces makes them annoyed.

My work likes to say someone is the 'name on the brush' for a particular task/project. It caught on as soon as we figured out we could call each other a NOB.

I always calendar follow up tasks as "FU."
"Call opposing counsel to FU," has confused a number of interns to date.
