Legit noob here. I only posted on the BAF forum a few times, but I lurked for years.
Anyway, I'm Laura and I live in Atlantic Canada. I like cats and nature and women's hockey. That's pretty much all there is to know about me.

Hello lovely people! I've been a bit MIA from BAF over the last few months due to personal life changes and just now learned of the new boards. I'm Chanel (aka C - also PetiteCurves on BAF). I live in LA and am a singer/songwriter. I used to work in advertsing as my "day job", but am currently helping my family out acting as mom and interim-VP of my parent's practice since my mom's cancer diagnosis earlier this year. Lover of music, makeup, puppies, black and grey tattoos, mermaids, dying my hair rose gold, coffee, tequila, red wine, book suggestions, and most recently, edibles.

Hi, I was a lurker at BAF, JaneOtheJungle. I am a colored pencil artist who works in art consulting and known as ToadSongs other places on the internet.
I like to look at all the jewelry, especially handmade things and precious stones. I didn't have any piercings until I was 35 so I am really into discovering what jewelry is out there. I have been getting tattooed for almost 20 years though.
I like knitting, hanging out with my family, snakes and drinking beer.
Thanks for keeping this community alive. I love reading about everyone's body mods.

This post resonated with me because I didn't have any piercings or tattoos until I was 32. I had told myself that if I made it until my 30s and still wanted them, I would take the plunge. 3 piercings and 6 tattoos later and I'm even more addicted Oh, and snakes and beer are two of my favorite likes as well.

Hi! I also was a lurker at BAF, I never even created an account there. I was a computer engineer that turned horse trainer/riding instructor. I love horses, dogs, and hiking.

My husband didn't have any tattoos into his 30s but when I got him to get his first he was hooked. Once you get one, it's hard to stop!

I play D&D, want to learn more tabletop games. Hey there I remember you from the BAF Forums! My bf and some friends of ours have been playing call of Cthulhu recently and its a lot of fun if you like mysteries! Also I'm so happy to see so many lurkers posting here for the first time! You all sound so interesting.

Yet another BAF lurker previously lillycorvus, my only noticeable contribution to those boards would be being lucky in the pumpkin contest for the last few years, but I'm trying to tackle my social anxiety and hope to join in a lot more here! It sounds dumb but it's actually a really big step for me, so thank you all for being so open and inviting I dropped out of art school to deal with mental health issues and I'm now at that scary part where I'm trying to reintegrate to the world. My main hobbies are gaming, horror, make up.. put literally any animal in front of me and I will fuss it for hours and tell it how beautiful it is. Can't wait to hopefully get to know some of you!

Formerly Rhus typhina. Hazel, 29, Athens OH. Botanist and forest ecologist in the 5th year of my PhD. Araceae is my favorite flowering plant family. Here I am celebrating with some Amorphophallus konjac (corpse flowers) the day after my birthday. I also enjoy a variety of hand crafts, Japanese and independent pro wrestling, and cooking. Wait, Japanese and indie wrestling? What Japanese league do you follow? How? I want to do that too.

I follow New Japan most closely, they have their own streaming service (njpwworld) that Is like $9/month. I watch some NOAH, DDT, All Japan, Sendai Girls, etc shows through this amazing thing called the RealHero Archive: link. Stardom also have a streaming service. DDT are about to start one. You can also find a lot of single matches on youtube or dailymotion to sample promotions and see what you like. If you're on facebook, there's a group called Classic Japanese Pro Wrestling that has a lot of useful links and discussions.

Hi I'm Drake (not the famous hip hop guy unfortunately). I'm a college teacher in real life. When not grading an endless pile of papers and tests I write heavy music and watch bad horror movies. Yay monsters! But if the weather's good I like to get out into the woods. Outside>Inside!

Hi, I'm Carla. Was on the BAF forums once upon a time for a while, and was probably not notable enough to mention even if I dig up my username.
Uh, computer addict, do-er of random things, microbiologist, drinker of good beers, pretending not to be stressed out.
