Acrylic plugs are cheap and mass produced. There are no companies making custom acrylic plugs. There aren't likely to be any companies making 50mm+ acrylic plugs because there just aren't that many people at those sizes. You'll find more choice in glass, stone or steel.
Also, assuming your thread title means you're looking for plugs to stretch with, you shouldn't be using acrylic for that anyway.

Acrylic is porous and shouldn't be used in healing piercings or fresh stretches both ears nice and healthy I'll believe it when I see it

to err on the side of caution, going forward i really do suggest you use glass or high quality steel or titanium for any future stretches. just because you haven't had any issue till now doesn't mean you're gonna be fine forever and it would really suck if you lost all your progress just cuz the material of the jewelry

I can get the appeal of acrylic - it's cheap and you can get it in a bunch of colours. However, it's really not recommended for stretching, or even wearing for long periods of time. It is very porous and can trap nasty bacteria that you are then shoving into your ears. That you've had no issues is surprising, but I suppose that also depends on what you mean by no issues. If your holes have been at all weepy and kinda gross, guess what, that's an issue that can be caused by acrylic. Oh, and if you take those bad boys out and there's a definite stink, guess what, that's also an issue caused by acrylic. So, let's see those lobes of yours to prove that your lobes have been fine with acrylic.
