I guess you could try a surface piercing but I don't know how well that would work on the tip of a nose. Septrils and stretched septums are kind of a package deal.

The jewellery for a septril exits into the stretched septum fistula. Without that fistula there, there's nowhere for the jewellery to exit. You could always talk to your piercer about something like a rhino piercing if you like that look. The jewellery doesn't end up in quite the same spot, but it does at least result in both ends of the jewellery being outside the nose, so you don't need an internal space for it to exit.
I don't know much about rhino piercings, so I can't speak to the long-term viability and healing of it, but it might be worth at least asking about. But, as mentioned above, to get an actual septril percing, you will need a relatively large gauge septum piercing first.

there's no anatomical part of you named a septril. you thereby cannot pierce 'your septril', same as you can't pierce your 'labret'. if you research the anatomy in the area, you'll better understand what you can and cannot do with yours.
i hope you get the look you're after & that you'll show us when you do. :)

Not sure if the OP is still looking at this thread or not but, I found this old post talking about septril piercings on the APP tumblr. Looks like the usual recommendation is to have your septum piercing stretched to ~3/8" (~9.5mm) before a septril is likely to be viable.
