Hi everyone,
I’ve been remembering this forum as the old Bodyartforms’ forums, and would really appreciate a genuine & reputable advice regarding my ears.
I have my left lobe stretched up to around 29-30mm for about 2 years, and generally had started stretching my lobe about 4 years back.
The history of stretching this lobe was quite bad as a result of lack of knowledge. I’ve used tapers and low garbage quality at my first sizes, but after the 20mm mark I’ve downsized & stretched back up again and again, going naked for some time, using decent grade of jewelry and massaging my lobe daily using different oils.
I would like to even-out my ears, just like I always wanted to, and need to get my right lobe (which is empty for now) pierced and stretched up to the same size as my left, the ~28mm mark.
I am fully aware that healthy stretching means taking it very slow, which will take around 3 to 4 years for me.
I’ve been thinking about getting my right lobe scalpelled by a reputable artist, as I do know that it will quickly stretch up afterwards and save me a few good years.
I’ve had my ears looked by a few artists and all of them agreed that my ears are thick enough to get it scalpelled at around ~14-16mm, and after it my ears will easily stretch up.
Only issue I’ve been told is that because my left ear got initially pierced in a normal size and stretched up over the years, both ears might end up looking un-even, as one ear grew differently from the other.
I don’t think that a bit-unevenly lobes will be a matter for me, but I do know they may look very different and obvious.
I’d like to know guys what’s your opinion regarding this? Any tips and advices will be totally appreciated.
Thanks
