Hi there! I have had my nipple piercings for some 20+ years now. I have stretched the holes a few times. Always wanted very big stretchers, but only recently got to try the whole process to get where I want. I would like to know: - Right now I'm doing the basic stretching with acrylic tapers, occasionally going back to surgical steel or titanium. Are they harmful? Can I keep using them with no worries? What is the best practice? I've come from 2mm to 5mm in about two months, am I going too fast? I have been using vitamin E oil to do the stretching, cleaning and applying once a day at the very least, and avoiding excesses always.
- Pain and inflammation are a no no to me, even though I'm very masochistic.
- My nipples are like my primary sex organ (yeah, really). They're very big, but I still worry about loss of sensitivity. If I get to a large stretcher, like 10 mm (yep, that would be twice what I have now), will it reduce or otherwise impair their sensitiveness?
Right now I need any advice and orientation possible. I love my piercings and the sensation they provide. To me it's all about the sensation.

First Bullet: Dont leave the tapers in, use appropriate sized jewelry for your holes. This will prevent damage to the piercing. Make sure you use lubrication if you choose to use a taper to stretch and dont force it. Im a fan of just waiting it out until the next size fits, but thats not always possible with nipples and you may need a little help. BUT SLOW DOWN! WAY DOWN! You shouldn't be stretching nearly that fast and it might be in your best interest to drop back to 2mm and stretch .5mm every six months- but don't force it. You can use vitamin e but dont use it on a fresh stretch. Let it breath and gently wash with unscented soap. Second Bullet: If you take it slow and steady with appropriate jewelry this wont be an issue Third Bullet: Keep them clean and avoid body fluids and rough play after fresh stretch. You can gauge if you start to loose sensation and determine what your end goal is at that time. If you notice a change after a stretch you can drop back down and, its not a guarantee, but you will most likely regain any loss quickly. This place started because of bodyartforms.com/ - you can find tons of jewelry there. Try to stick with titanium (internally threaded) or glass jewelry and only use tapers if you need help guiding that jewelry in for a stretch.

Firstly, thanks for the advices! <3 Dont leave the tapers in, use appropriate sized jewelry for your holes Have been keeping them in. The little shots of pain are extremely welcome ^.^ I just don't know if the acrylic is good. Rejection/inflammation is something I would rather avoid. Any advices on that? Make sure you use lubrication if you choose to use a taper to stretch and dont force it. But... a little force is ok? I've learned the limits and won't force it too much, just a tiny little bit at a time. I have been on 3mm for a long time, then dropped down to 2mm after a surgery since I was left without my piercings for many months. When I came back to my previous jewelry they just didn't fit. It took some work, but I have regained my original stretch, which was done over a lifetime and with extreme patience, and now I just want to go further. I'm at 4mm+ right now, without any pain or difficulty. Actually I think I'm ready for 5mm after two weeks, but will try and do it as slowly as possible ^.^

You can use vitamin e but dont use it on a fresh stretch. Let it breath and gently wash with unscented soap. Have been washing with moisturizing soap everyday. Applying vitamin E oil everyday also. Should I be using B vitamin ointment also??? I used Vitamin B ointment (bepantol) ages ago and my healing was always perfect. Don't know right now if I should use it while using Vitamin E oils...

I have been keeping away from people's mouths for a while now, aside from the pandemic... The question is, bodily fluids aside, does stretching the nipple wholes cause any loss of sensitivity overtime? Call me old, but O'Pearl and Lady Madeleine are like my sole inspiration in that regard and I very much hope I can get to their level without loss of sensitivity. My goal, for now, is just to use stretchers with pretty captive rings going through, as thick as I would achieve in short therm. I Have set 10 mm as a goal, yes, but after achieving that goal I'm okay with being a lot more patient. If it was ever a possibility, I would be going 1mm up every two weeks. I have a very beautiful show, and an amazing play party, to participate in march. Do you think I can do it being as self conscious as I am?

This place started because of bodyartforms.com/ - you can find tons of jewelry there. Try to stick with titanium (internally threaded) or glass jewelry and only use tapers if you need help guiding that jewelry in for a stretch. Bought a whole lot of fake titanium in my country. I'm sticking with surgical steel since. My tongue piercing, which I would also love to stretch if there was any adequate jewllery available, was supposed to be titanium (this is about the 6th I bought with that expectation), but just isn't. I will check the store, certainly. Hope it ships to my country with a reasonable shipping price. Glass jewelry is something I haven't even heard about. Is it safe? Rejection free?!?!?! I'll have to research the shit out of that!!!! Well, about tapers I have some sixty pieces of jewelry just for the stretching and administering of this process right now. I'll try to keep myself in a strict regime with the surgical steel as soon as the new pieces arrive... It was supposed to have arrived past Monday, so I think the package will get here anytime now. Darling, thanks for your contribution. Though I dream of more serious body modifications, this is what I can do now and I hope I can feel satisfied with it for a while. After this endeavor is ended I hope I can muster the energy to go for the tongue split. The only problem is that I love my tongue piercing so much that I can't even imagine living without it...

After resisting so much, I'm at 4 mm now. I must admit that waiting for natural and timely healing is important, specially after some really bad experiences I had. I will keep this in mind and will be more patient in future stretchings. You have helped me more than you know. <3

Even though I'm very single minded, I have started following your advices. 4 mm has been easy, but going to 5 mm is taking time. Will transition to the new size in the next days and will love the change most certainly. Waiting for the propper healing has been less adventurous, but also more pleasant. Thanks for the advice!!!!

This is really nice to hear... Slowing down might seem less exciting, but it will be helpful in the long run! If you want to add some excitement back in between stretches, you can massage with body safe oils (jojoba, vitamin e, emu, just do your research to determine what will work best), lotions, or piercing specific balms to help reduce an scar tissue and promote healing. Just dont overdo it and allow the piercing to settle into its new size before massaging. No one wants a nipple split open from the inside and full of scar tissue, so Im really happy to see that our advice is helping you!

Hi there darling. It has been a nice, yet productive while. My needs, wants and desires have shifted a little bit (especially after your advice ), thus I'm happy with 5 mm for now. I'm just waiting for the next stretch, but as I'm producing so much milk right now I just feel I must wait a little more. Anyhow, your advice has been crucial for what I would call a better conciliation between my desires and frustrations. Being healthy doesn't make one necessarily happier, but will help a whole lot in the long run. My nipples are healthy and functional, even after the long past surgery. Thanks again. I will try 6 mm shortly and come back just to report on the topic. 2 to 3 months healing seems to be the way to go. <3

5 mm was easy, but I'm so anxious to reach 6 and 7 mm that I have hurt myself again. Unless someone is way to much masochistic or dumb, overstretching is not the way....
