WOW!!! 20 YEARS!!!! how did u heal them and what was the healing process like? i want to get my nips pierced and ive been watching vids since i was 16 and ive heard that you cant keep them for long and that they take years to heal. i know that everyone's piercing journey is different, and piercing don't last forever but i do want ot keep them as long as possible.

Mine are 25. There isn't a time limit on piercings if they're placed well, you're cautious during healing, and wear the correct jewelry for your anatomy.

I got mine done about 10 years ago.
I ended up keeping one and the other just didn't make it. Nothing went terribly wrong, I just got sick of dealing with it. It probably would've been fine if I was able to get shorter jewelry, but at the time I was out of the country and also in a rural area with no access to a jewelry swap. Unfortunately kept snagging the jewelry on things and got annoyed with it and took it out. No issues with the one that I still have. They did take a while to heal, so be prepared for 6months or possibly more of healing.
