Because I'm secretly 90 years old and therefore addicted to QVC, I'm making lasagne as an excuse to use my new Temptations baking dish

Oh god this was a mistake. It tasted so good but I'm so lactose intolerant and I always forget it. So cheesy... When will death take me

Ooh I love that.
My friend had us over for dinner and made a delicious meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, and butternut squash with cinnamon and nutmeg. It was amazing.

I had leftovers of an awesome salad my boss bought me at work yesterday. It's so stinking easy, just cooked and cooled cheese tortellini, lettuce, and some chopped up roasted red peppers with the pepper liquid as dressing. Even though I'm a child and hate peppers, the salad is good enough for me to be willing to pick them out.

Oh god this was a mistake. It tasted so good but I'm so lactose intolerant and I always forget it. So cheesy... When will death take me I made some slow cooker lasagna (which was delicious!), and I had the exact same issue. I had to freeze a bunch of it 'cause I was basically shitting myself haha.

Yeah the excess poopage was unpleasant. I still ate more last night though. Mistake again.

Has anyone else tried to cut refined sugar out of their diet? I'm on day 3 now and the withdrawal is real. I had a dream last night where I was buying a bottle of honey that was almost as big as me.
Now I'm eating natural yoghurt with a scoop of protein powder mixed in. I'm not sure if it actually tastes good of if it's just sweet.

For dinner I had a salad with spinach, orange, strawberries and goat cheese. Also baked salmon wrapped in foil with lemon, and asparagus with garlic.

i haven't used my slow cooker in 4evr so we're going full Sunday dinner tonight! i have a chuck roast that i seasoned (salt, pepper, rosemary & thyme) & seared in there with carrots, celery, onion, garlic, green beans, mushrooms & beef broth. prolly gonna make mashed potatoes.
i might have to invite some ppl over to help us eat all of this.

Yeah the excess poopage was unpleasant. I still ate more last night though. Mistake again. I ate two pieces of cake the other day, reminding myself with every bite how much digestive armageddon would ensue. Kept eating, dude it was strawberry cake. Tonight I am having fresh cut fries turned into poutine and a fabulous waffle burger. All gluten-free and super healthy.

I just ate homemade mac and cheese my aunt made and it's gonna go right through me soon enough. I can't handle cheese very well, but I also don't turn it down usually because it's just so damn good.
