What new makeup are you coveting? What do you own way too much of already? What did you accidentally buy when you went to the drug store for toothpaste? How did you cake your face today? Post here!

Sephora is doing their sale thing in a week, I'll have 20% which is super tempting.
My NARS foundation is almost out so I want to replace but I think instead of Gobi I'll get Siberia. Now that it's winter, Gobi is looking a little off. Also think I'll order an eyeliner. I won't need a new one for a couple months but night as well make use of the 20%.
I'm on the fence about the ABH Modern Renaissance palette. I haven't bought a new palette in so long. But I have so many already.

Oh man, I didn't realize the Sephora sale was so soon. Now I'm glad I held off on buying a few things. I want to try a few things, too. The only thing that is a PITA is that the Sephora in my city is in a JCPenney and the stand alone one is like 30mins away in a super busy mall. I have been feeling pretty confident in my daily makeup skills for a while so I want to experiment more with shadows. I just ordered a few IT brushes from Ulta so that will help.

I saw coloured raine's liquid lipstick in kotton kandy and want it so bad but it might be one of those colors that turns brownish or orangey on my instead of mauve or "dusty rose"

I bought a ton of the HK stuff from colourpop and now Sephora is doing this to me... why!!! I want a few things I've been bouncing back and forth on so I think Ill bit the bullet and go for them. I may also buy some foundation and stash it away until I need it.

Have any of you used Drunk Elephant products? At this point they are only slightly more expensive than other things I use (in some cases) so I keep thinking about picking up their moisturizer.

I just bought Covergirl Clump Crusher and Supersizer mascaras today (BOGO half off at Walgreens) and tried them. I really like Clump Crusher, but Supersizer is too wet and actually clumps the lashes together more. I think it may work out if I start with Supersizer and then top with Crusher to separate.

You will have to post swatches when your stuff comes in!

I wanted at least Konnichiwa from the ColourPop HK collection, but it won't bother me if I don't get it. It bugs me that they left out the "u" in "Arigatou", though.

I need a makeup opinion. I have hooded eyes and I am finally ready to admit that eyeliner makes my eyes look smaller. I've been watching videos on how to minimize that and shadow looks like the obvious way to go. Do you guys recommend a reasonably priced palette to experiment with? Or should I get a few shadows from Color Pop or something?

Or should I get a few shadows from Color Pop or something? I use the KVD Shade Light Eye palette for almost every look I wear. My eyes are SUPER hooded, so I like to get the shadow pretty high up near the inner brow. I also wouldn't recommend using any shimmery shades as a Brow bone highlight because it can easily make the hood look bigger or more droopy. I always use mattes and really, I don't even highlight the Brow bone. I use more of a color that matches my skin.

I second KVD but really any palette is great imo. I have uh...like..shit, 6 KVD eyeshadow palettes.
My eyes are somewhere between hooded and deepset and I put eyeshadow on as if I'm trying to contour the hood part away, so darker shadow blended above the crease towards my eyebrows, lightest on my eyelids closer to my eyelashes.

I think I'm going to buy 2 more palettes (ABH Modern Renaissance and a holiday one) and then go on a no buy for, like, ever. I have way too many products and it's starting to make me batty.

Justine, I really like Too Faced shadows too. They have a small neutral one that would also work, its not as many shades as the KVD one but its smaller. Colourpop is also great if you want a lot of products for not a lot of money. I think really any neutral pallet with colors you like would be a good place to start, even the naked basics pallets might be worth looking at.
