I should've had my nipples done like this the first time, they are such a dream to heal this time around. Hey you! I have been on/off thinking about getting my nipples pierced for years. What do you mean "like this"? What did you do differently? Plz share your nipple piercing secrets!

I had them done originally in the traditional horizontal placement with 14g bars.

I originally had them done horizontally in 14g, but they migrated and never fully healed (I couldn't take them completely out to change jewelry and if I did it was painful trying to put them back in). I had them redone diagonally in 12g and they are healing perfectly now. Minimal crusting, no migration thus far, and they didn't even bleed all that much. Having a really proper fitting bra helps a lot too.

I might also ask for slightly shorter bars this time, since last time they were a little to long and I had trouble with accidental snagging. The only other concern I really have is with whether or not I can have them done in that same placement again because I have 2 little round bits of what I think maybe scar tissue on each side of each nipple? But, I know I'm gonna have to have my piercer determine that most likely.

I had some scarring as well, but I had them placed differently this time obviously. I need to have mine downsized soon.

I'm half considering stretching my conch to 8mm. I can't afford to get it redone at the moment so I may as well try and see how it goes.

Seconding 12g diagonal nipple piercing and better fitting bras. Honestly, I doubt diagonal matters. But this round of nipple piercings has been much less sore. At a few weeks shy of the one-year mark they still aren't 100% healed, but they aren't any trouble so it doesn't matter as much.

the angle mine are at is actually exactly the same angle of the seam in my bra cups, but i don't think it would make too much of a difference if they were horizontal. mine are only 5 weeks, so time will tell, but i'm way more optimistic.

bwahahaha.. I've always planned to get mine done at a bigger gauge and diagonally. Oh god. That means this might actually be a thing that's happening now.

Since I got mine repierced with implant grade titanium they've healed so beautifully. My second nipple piercings have been around for less than a year and already don't hurt if I accidently yank them. So different to the first time when they just wouldn't heal.

I was planning on getting my left inner collarbone surface anchor removed yesterday since it's been pissy lately, but couldn't bring myself to do it. That shit hurts.
I did, howver, get my navel barbells downsized, and it feels sooooooo much better today.

I'm going to start saving up to get my lips pierced. I definitely want a vertical labret, but I'm not sure if I want a standard philtrum like I had before, or vertical. I guess I have plenty of time to think about it.

Joining in! I have 9/16" earlobes, 2g conch punches, 0g helix punches, a 16g rook in my left ear that I honestly always forget exists, my nostrils (in which I wear anything from 16g-20g), a 14g septum, and an 8g tongue piercing. I need to get my septum redone, because it's too low/crooked, but lol money.
