i don't really talk on the phone but i think i sleep with my hand under my face pretty often.
i'll try washing my hands really well before bed or something? and maybe try keeping my hair up. that could kinda make sense too cuz it's not the side where my head is shaved. maybe i'll buy like a fuckin pack of pillowcases and change it every day.
thanks u guys <3

anyone ever experience a random outbreak of acne only on one side of their face? i've had breakouts before obviously but never this many blemishes at once, and they're literally only on my right cheek. they also don't feel like normal zits -- they're almost all totally flat and don't have heads or anything. they've been sticking around for a few months now. i tried switching to a more gentle detergent, washing my pillowcase more often, avoiding sleeping on that side as much. i use a gentle facial cleanser and moisturizer twice a day. also trying to drink more water. i don't have health insurance rn so i can't see a dermatologist. i'm dealing with a baaad patch of dry scaly scalp at the same time and i just feel like a fuckin goblin pls advise No real advice on the actual area, but if you want to add something new into your routine, The Ordinary's niacinamide solution (like one drop mixed with my moisturiser in mornings/evenings) has been a GODSEND for random acne for me. Friend turned me onto it and it helps so much with skin congestion and prevention of zits in general.
