Had a migraine that started on Tuesday, finally went away yesterday. But now since it went away a muscle under my left eye has been twitching like crazy. It was twitching like this for a few days a few weeks ago and it got really annoying. It did not need to start twitching again.

I took out a payday loan, I was late on said loan, but managed to go into the store about a week before pay day was due again and told them I was coming in yesterday to pay it. They said that's fine and put a note on the account. I went in yesterday and paid it off. Next thing I know, I'm waking up to my bank account being $125 overdrawn and see that they attempted to cash the check from the loan I JUST paid off. Now, I have to wait a week for them to fix it and return my money back to my account. Until then, I'm broke. I'm so pissed.

tried to change dose for thyroid except in really nauseous - more so than last time. Urgh. So much for reducing this side effect.

I had that problem when I first went on mine. It also made me overly emotional and tired all the time. Luckily I've gotten used to it and it hasn't had to be adjusted since.

i wonder if i should schedule an appointment with an endocrinologist to talk about my thyroid.
this is going to sound really dumb, but i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when i was like 16, and was on medication for years. i got to a point where i didn't feel like the medicine was positively affecting how i felt anymore, and my primary physician wouldn't do anything (not even refer me to an endocrinologist), so i just stopped taking it (i was also going through a goofy crunchy phase). they sent me for blood tests a couple times to monitor my thyroid, and they said everything was normal now and i didn't need to go back on the medicine. which doesn't really sound right to me, unless i was misdiagnosed the first time. occasionally i wonder how many of the symptoms i experience that i associate with depression and other things could actually be a result of hypothyroidism.
WGMG is trying to get decent medical care urgh

I've only recently been diagnosed in the last year so we're still trying to find the best dose. When I first started I was at .025mcg and felt amazing for the first week or so then it went back to how it was so we upped it to .075mcg and I felt side effects for 2 weeks then I was good. Since I said I had horrible side effects when we upped it it was suggested I alternate with .075mcg and .100 mcg for 2 weeks then go to .100mcg completely. My last blood labs showed it was lower than when we first started which he kept saying makes sense but it doesn't make sense at the same time.
I need to get it in a somewhat normal range before surgery because I'm worried about increased bleeding and bruising with it off this bad. I got my monthly b12 shot this Thursday and bruised horribly, like black and blue horribly.
Hayley, the way I was explained it was that if you are on it for more than a week or two then should be committed to taking it for the rest of your life since your thyroid will become lazier because the hormone is already made for it and will decrease producing the hormone by itself as a result.

I'm on .175mcg myself. I was diagnosed last year in October. Yeah, thyroid medication is permanent and if not taken for long period of time, in people with hypothyroidism, it can cause you to go into a myxedema coma.

I think work underpaid me this month, and I've been too much of a stressed mess to keep a proper record for myself of how much I've worked. I'm really hoping they actually listen to me :/

I don't know what the fuck is going on with my skin lately. First it was ridiculously dry to the point of flaking, now I'm having a breakout. I'm using the same moisturiser I've been using for a year and a half, the same cleanser I've used for nearly as long, and I haven't worn makeup in a month.
Why.

Since moving to my new apartment in September it has been nice. I haven't had any issues with loud neighbors. However, today is Monday, my work schedule has switched and I am off work in the front half of the week now. The maintenance crew is working on the building on the first floor and I can hear their loud music, singing, and conversations in my living room, I am on the third floor. It isn't constant and just as I believe they have stopped.. it starts up again.

I'm still crossing my fingers to see what happens with my car insurance. I deposited cash but my bank holds it, so I dug through my trash to find a receipt and I returned something before work this morning and I SHOULD have enough to cover the next withdrawal but I feel like there's always some extra unexpected surprise bullshit I don't know about. I couldn't sleep all night because of this car insurance thing.

So, I bought what I thought was a really nice cage for my rats a couple of years ago...now I'm convinced I was ripped off -_-
When I first got it I was missing one of the ledges for it, and the manufacturer made me jump through hoops to get that corrected. A month later I got the ledge.
Then I find that the cage was a complete bitch to put together - pieces were warped, screws not the right size, etc. But I got it put together because I'm stubborn like that.
A couple months later I am cleaning the cage and paint is flaking off to reveal rust. Move the rats to a different cage and repaint the rusted section and let it cure for a couple of weeks before putting the rats back in.
Keep up on the cleaning but start noticing that bars are starting to pull away from the frame. Get that spot welded.
Do the yearly big scrub of all the cages (I've got a lot of rats) and find that the two ledges are starting to rust, paint flaking off, and coming apart at the edges. Bear in mind that everything is metal, and this shouldn't be happening with a cage that is kept inside and cleaned on a regular basis. I pull out the ledges and ramps and replace them with wooden ones that I made.
More spot welding is done on the bars.
Ugh. And now? One of the wheels breaks off. I figure okay, I can replace the wheel...only to find out that the metal post where the wheel was inserted into has cracked off. If only I'd waited the extra month it would have taken me to save up for the double Critter Nation...live and learn.
I'm so grateful that I had a couple of spare cages so I don't have to try to make the shitty cage work any longer. I'm going to take a sledgehammer to it so I can get my frustration out and also get it small enough to put into the garbage.

What made me more upset was the fact that they kept saying "oh well, we don't have any control over what corporate does". I'm standing there like I don't give a shit. Corporate should learn to read for 1, because there was a note on my account that I was coming in that day to make the payment. For 2, corporate and the store should be on the same page about their clients accounts to avoid this stuff. Overall, it just felt like a bullshit cop out to try to excuse their screw up.

They don't automatically draw the payment out of your account. You write a check that they keep on hold with them. Typically you have a set day and if you don't pay on said date they will try to process the check. In my case, I made a payment arrangement to pay the loan, and a note was made. But, they went ahead and attempted to cash the check despite the note being on my account and before I could go in same-day to pay it off. So it went through and didn't post to my account until the following day. By that time, I had already gone in and made the payment.
