This is Sugar, my BFF. She's ~11 years old but is spry as hell. She's perfect and I'm terrible.

My car has a noisy toy that he recently rediscovered and has been playing with it on daily basis. The only problem is he has no idea of time so it'll be dead silent and all of a sudden you'll hear the toy chirp away. I keep forgetting to pick it up at night too.... But it makes him so damn happy throwing it against the ground so it chirps.

I can't have cats for a lot of reasons, but there is an incredible giant orange cat that has been visiting my parents' porch and I want to steal him soooo bad. </3

This is Steve, after moving back home this past summer I found that he kept wanting to go outside so I leash trained him. He is far too big for standard cat harnesses and instead I had to settle on a dog one.

there is NOTHING i can do to keep the adult cats from eating garbage's kitten food! it is driving me wild! i can't free feed her anymore so i have to just feed her 27583926 times a day and guard her the whole time! they're all getting fatter and they have no desire to eat their own food anymore! the nerviest one doesn't even react to the spray bottle anymore! he just sits there getting sprayed and gobbling down kitten food as if his own food bowl isn't full! lily is very adorable! Look into a SureFlap feeder. The boys aren't allowed to free feed and the girls are, so they have this feeder where it reads their rfid and only opens for them.

I just message them I want a large and tell them which pattern I like and they send it to me for $16.50 plus shipping. Tommy Gargoyle used to be 21 lbs. It fit. I kept tightening it, and tightening it, as he kept doing well on his diet. He's 12 something now and it still fits. I figured if the cat is over 10 lbs I would get the large. I ordered 2 regular ones for our girls who are 9 and 10 lbs.

Photobucket is being a real pain in the butt so I can't share my babies. Tommy Gargoyle is a 7 year old russian blue mix cat that's just under 13 lbs, down from 21 Stewart is a black and white tux with a goatee and he's 4 Amalie is a 9 lb tortie cat and she's almost 10 Yue is a 7 year old ragdoll mix
Then I have 3 green cheek conure parrots: Jak is a yellowsided, Koi Monkey is a cinnamon, and Idris is a pineapple I think they're 6,5 and 4 years old
My oldest guinea pig right now is Mu-Xi Mu and she's five 1/2. Her roommate, Lily, is 3ish and gave birth to a bunch of guinea pigs in my home after I adopted her from the Humane Society when my 8 year old piggy, Chai, died. So we have 3 daughter pigs: Murphy, Potsticker, and Ruby and they turn 2 in February.

This is intriguing because our cats have different food. It seems awfully expensive though based on a quick Google search. Hmmm..

Oooo. This is intriguing because our cats have different food. It seems awfully expensive though based on a quick Google search. Hmmm.. If you search around either different blogs or Modern Cat or Catster (Catster just got renamed) you could find a 25% off coupon. My first feeder I got for the girls was the Gatefeeder when they were still $249, years ago. Then the boys kept bossing the girls out of the feeder slowly where the girls didn't lock the door. The SureFeed has been working really well, but Yue barfed in it once and they replaced it under warranty. While we were waiting for shipment, the Gatefeeder came back out. The boys' feeders are ridiculously expensive, and it's not only because of the price of 1, but because we had to buy 2. Feed and Go runs $249 a unit. The boys get fed a set amount every day, spread out by 5 x a day. Because otherwise they are ridiculously portly cats. They're all good investments. We weren't able to go out for more than about 4 hours during the day because we always had to come home and feed the boys. One way to break down costs like when I'm buying supplies for my 5 guinea pigs is to see how much it costs per month, based on an average lifespan, and then I don't feel so bad. I spent almost $300 on pig pen liners but with 5 girls averaging minimum 4 years a piece, I think we got it down to about $5 a month.

Oh thanks! I'll check them out. Hes currently 16lbs and he is on a diet, trying to get him healthier to prevent issues down the line. Don't give up on the diet. They cry and cry and cry because they don't get what they're used to. Tommy Gargoyle was on a diet for 3 years. Prescription for about 2 years and then moved to Nature's Variety Healthy Weight. He only gets 60 grams of food (i love my kitchen scale) per day plus his pill pocket for his Prozac and then whatever treats he can extort. Just found out tonight that he'll eat cranberry sauce. Stewart was in the 16 lbs when I had to put him on a diet too. He wasn't huge, but it didn't help with his asthma. Now he's in the 12s too. He gets 55 grams of the same food every day. To convince them we weren't starving them, they get fed five times a day.
