If you're in the UK and in your mid-30s you can probably guess what my next project will be: it's called fashion, sweaty, look it up

georgie, thinking of you. I've told myself I'm going to do that for the last 4 years at least. And then it's the middle of February and I go "oh yeah I forgot about that. I'll totally do it next year." Repeat 4evz until I have died So I FINALLY actually committed to a temperature blanket. I started one last year (I think?), got a month or two in iirc, and hated the colours, yarn AND stitch I picked. So that's sitting in a box somewhere. This year I picked out colours that actually go together, nicer yarn and a pattern I actually like. One square per day, which leaves two at the end of the year so I'll add two border rounds for those last two days. Birthdays get stars, leap day got a yellow star with blue stitching, and eclipse day just happened to be yellow so it has a black circle as a marker.

Finished the "scrap" granny square cardigan I started ages ago that of course needed more yarn to be purchased :/ And those scraps are becoming another cardigan which I refuse to buy extra yarn for

I have enough Pumpkin Bread yarn left for ONE square. ONE. Now I have to buy an entire extra ball for what will probably be the last 77+ day this year and I'm MAD AS HELL. There's no reason for the end of October to be higher than 77F!
