Ok so i havent updated on here in a while, and im really sorry about that, stuff ahappened so here i am updating about it So, up until maybe last month? My ears still weren't healed and tbh i was getting pretty concerned; id heard about people changing their jewellery after 3 months and seen the way peoples ears looked in that time and my ears werent that. I had some pretty bad piercing bumps, especially on my right ear (pictured), i was continuously pretty crusty with the clear fluid stuff, ect. Its was like I'd hit a point in healing and then it kinda...stopped healing? Long story short, i remembered that my skin is reeeally unelasticated, stretching has always been a pain, and i was punched *and tapered* so i thought I'd try downsizing. I ordered some jewellery (gorilla glass colourfront conch pins with a T shape front) in the size i was punched at (6mm) which arrived about a week or so ago. I put them in and my ears almost instantly improved ^-^ at this point the bumps have gone down to almost nothing, theres no more fluid or crusts, i'm super happy . I do plan on going back up to 8mm once im healed, but i needed to heal first This is them when i first changed the jewellery (excuse fact i only took one ear, taking pictures of your own ears is difficult ) will fix soonToday (new jewellery in) will fix soonAnd i will take a picture of now with the jewellery out when i get home Sorry if this seems rushed, im currently on a train but i didnt wanna put this off any longer and/or forget to post about it. edit: Ive no idea why the pictures are sideways im sorry

I'm glad they're improving now! I really like the jewellery you picked; it looks good with your ear shape. I'm excited to see see how it looks now that it's getting better.

Oh good! If I ever need to offload my weird-sized-7mm-conch-jewellery collection I may have a buyer That size/shape looks really good on you, I love it. The bigger front does look like it suits your ear and fills the shape better.

So i was rinsing my ears in the shower today and noticed that my left ear felt a bit sore. Kinda assumed it was due to the new piercings so didnt fret, but when i put the jewellery back in (after massaging with bio oil and stuff) it felt like there was a cut inside my conch, ok not normal. So, thought id have a look in the mirror and when i did i saw this: will fix soon what the frickity frack is that Kinda looks like a bruise? But it doesnt feel like a bruise it feels like a cut. For the minute ive put my 6mm jewellery back in it, my other ear is all good tho. Anyone have any idea what this is? I havent bashed my ear or anything recently if anything ive been taking extra care cause of the new piercings

So i deleted a shit ton of stuff from my tinypic forgetting it would break all these picture links I think i still have all the pictures burried in my phone so at some point will re-post all of those, sorry! I think im gonna go back down to 6mm again my conches still ache all the time, and im going on holiday soon and just dont want to have to worry about them, guess my body reeeeally hates me stretching my piercings aha. But! Hope is not lost, im gonna message Alan at blackheartstudio again (the place i got them) and see if i can get a bigger punch in there or if they can be scalpelled or something - im determined to have 8mm conches tho if its not possible, im ok with 6mm too ^-^
